Sprayer Advantages
- Aug 01, 2018 -

A. The paint film has good quality, the coating is smooth and fine, and there is no brush marks. It sprays the paint into a fine particle to make it evenly distributed on the surface of the wall, so that the latex paint forms a smooth, smooth and dense coating on the wall surface, without brush marks and rolling marks. This is brush and roll. The original method is unmatched.

B. High coating efficiency. The single-action operation has a spraying efficiency of 200-500 square meters per hour, which is 10-15 times that of manual brushing.

C, good adhesion, long coating life. It uses high-pressure jet to make the atomized paint particles obtain powerful kinetic energy; the paint particles can absorb the kinetic energy into the pores to make the paint film denser, thereby enhancing the mechanical bite force between the paint film and the wall surface and improving the adhesion of the paint. , effectively extend the life of the coating.

D, the thickness of the paint film is uniform, and the utilization rate of the paint is high. The thickness of the artificial brush roller is extremely uneven, generally 30-250 micrometers, and the coating utilization rate is low; and the coating of thickness 30 micrometers is easily obtained by airless spraying.

E, easy to reach corners and gaps. Due to the high-pressure airless spray, the paint spray does not contain air, and the paint easily reaches the corners, cracks, and uneven and difficult parts, especially for office ceilings with many air-conditioning fire pipes, but the brush is difficult to construct.

F, can spray high-viscosity coatings, while hand brush, air spray, etc. are only suitable for low-viscosity coatings. With the development of the economy and the change of people's concept, it has become fashionable to use domestic and high-grade interior and exterior wall paint instead of mosaics and ceramic tiles to decorate the wall. Water-based latex paint, because it is non-toxic, easy to clean, rich in color, and does not pollute the environment, has become the most popular interior and exterior wall decoration materials. But latex paint is a very high viscosity waterborne coating. At the time of construction, the general manufacturer has very strict restrictions on the dilution of the original paint with water, generally 10%-30% (except for special formula coatings which can add a little amount of water without affecting the performance of the coating, which will be written in the product manual). The transitional dilution will result in poor film formation, and the texture, scrub resistance and durability will be damaged to varying degrees. The degree of damage is proportional to the dilution, ie the greater the dilution, the worse the film quality. If strictly according to the manufacturer's dilution requirements, the latex paint has high viscosity and is difficult to construct. If it is applied by roller coating, brush coating or air spraying, the paint surface effect is difficult to satisfy. The most popular way in foreign countries is to use high pressure airless sprayers for construction.
